Why we don't include sodium and calories in our health rating

We understand why this may be important to you. However, a single recipe only accounts for a portion of your daily calorie/sodium consumption. To determine the healthiness of a recipe’s calorie/sodium content, a entire day’s worth of consumption needs to be assessed.

Regardless, every recipe comes with a full nutritional analysis, so you can track your sodium and caloric intake from there.
