This information comes from Canada's Food Guide, which we currently use to determine the Dietary Servings Per Portion for each recipe. These guidelines that have been determined to help you reach your required level of nutrients each day.

We understand that every body is unique and has individual needs, which is why we use general guidelines and aim to provide users with the most accurate information so they can make their own decisions about their food.
