Some recipes have serving sizes that seem too big or too small for your client at a particular meal. Instead of editing the recipe to change the serving sizes, you can adjust serving sizes right on the meal plan as you are scheduling recipes.
Just remember a full serving is 100%. So if you want your client to eat double the serving size listed on the recipe, you can adjust the serving size to 200%. If you want your client to eat only half of the listed serving size, you can adjust the serving size to 50%.
