Some recipes have serving sizes that seem too big or too small for your client at a particular meal. Instead of editing the recipe to change the serving sizes, you can adjust serving sizes well you are adding it to your meal plan.
- Serving Size is determined by the recipe
- All recipes are scaled to a single serving automatically in a meal plan
- 100% of a serving = 1 serving
- The calories and ingredients for the meal and nutritional information for the total plan will update automatically as you adjust the serving size.
So if you want your client to eat double the serving size listed on the recipe, you can adjust the serving size to 200%.
Or, if you want your client to eat only half of the listed serving size, you can adjust the serving size to 50%.
Serving sizes as a % makes it easier to refine the servings to match your desired nutritional goals and/or calories per serving.
