Meal Garden's comments feature allows professionals to engage with their clients.  Users can comment on recipes, meal plans, collections, and articles.  When someone comments on your content you are notified by email.  Users are also notified when someone replies to their comments.

The comments feature is defaulted to on, meaning any time you create a new meal plan or recipe, users will be able to comment on it.  However, you are able to disable this feature.  You can do this by looking for the "Allow comments" checkbox when editing the content and un-checking it:
